Bachchoo Lal, J. - (1.) Learned counsel for the complainant has pointed out that in this case the investigating officer has sought information on four points which are mentioned in the letter dated 30.9.2018 from the Additional Director State Medico Legal sell Lucknow. The report of the expert has not been received.
