- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
(2.) We have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad regarding service of notice upon respondent no. 4 and in view of the said report the service of notice upon respondent no.4 is deemed to be sufficient.
(3.) In compliance of the order of this Court dated 5.2.2019 the Court has been informed that corpus Nagma has been produced before this Court in the custody of Head constable Sri Satyapal Singh and lady constable Anita Sharma from Nari Niketan, Meerut, she has been identified by her counsel.;
