- (1.) Heard Sri S.D. Kautilya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Narendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1,2,3 and 4.

This contempt application has been filed by Sri Ramesh Chandra by which the applicant Ramesh Chandra has alleged that the order passed by the writ Court in Writ A No.- 977 of 2007 (Ramesh Chandra Vs. Bundelkhand University Jhansi and another) dated 06.05.2013 has been flouted and disobeyed by the opposite party, Registrar, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
(3.) The fact of the case are that the applicant claims that after completing his education / graduation i.e. M.Sc. (Agriculture) in the year 1986 he has applied for the post of Deputy Director and Superintendent Horticulture along with the number of teaching and non teaching post.;
