RAJESH SINGH CHAUHAN,J. - (1.) Heard Sri Sudhir Pandey, learned counsel, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner along with Sri O.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. V.K.
