This Application has been filed with a prayer to quash the complaint and entire criminal proceedings in Case No. 469/2003 "Mata Prasad vs. Sanwal Singh and others" under Sections 420, 468, 471, 406, 415, 419, 120-B IPC P.S. New Agra, Agra pending in the Court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra.
