- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Ms. Vineeta Pandey, learned counsel representing the respondent No.3.
(2.) Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are represented through Sri Satyendra Kumar Tripathi, Advocate. As per office report, respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are sufficiently served, however, no one has put in appearance on their behalf.
(3.) Under challenge in this petition is an order dated 29.12.2018, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Devi Patan Mandal, Gonda in a pending appeal, whereby the application made by the petitioner-appellant for summoning some record/file, has been rejected.;
