- (1.) This is an unfortunate case.
(2.) Suit No. 1 of 1943 is still pending. It has already travelled at least four times to the Apex Court and number of times to this Court.
(3.) There is apparently no progress in the said suit on account of tenacity and ingenuity of the parties so far.;
