Om Prakash Garg, J. - (1.) HEARD Sri R.N. Pande, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner appeared in the intermediate examination 1998 with Roll No. 0480630. He was failed. The apprehension of the petitioner is that his answer book in English Paper I has not been correctly evaluated and marks have not been properly awarded. The petitioner has secured only 17 marks but of 100 on English paper. The average marks obtained in other subjects by the petitioner are of higher IInd class grade. As a special case, I dispose of this writ petition with the direction that the Respondent No. 2 shall recheck or get rechecked the English Ist paper's answer book in the presence of father or guardian of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
(2.) LET a certified copy of this order be supplied to the petitioner's counsel on usual charges within 24 hours.;
