- (1.) Heard Sri R.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(2.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 10.4.2018, registered as case crime No.80 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 353, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 7 Crl. Law Amendment Act, Police Station Jarcha, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case with malafide intention. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are absolutely false, frivolous and baseless. He further submits that the identically situated co-accused persons have already challenged the FIR of the present case by means of filing Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.11344 of 2018, which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 3.5.2018 staying the arrest of the said co-accused persons, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-3 (at page-38) to the writ petition, hence, the petitioner is also entitled for the same relief.;
