- (1.) Heard Sri Ken Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(2.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 9.5.2018, registered as case crime No.347 of 2018, under Sections 447, 420 I.P.C. and 3/5 Prevention of Public Property Damages Act, 1984, Police Station Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties, if any, is purely civil in nature and civil litigation is pending between them, on account of which the present FIR has been lodged by respondent no.4 against the petitioner levelling false and frivolous allegation, though no offence is made out against the petitioner, hence, the same is liable to be quashed by this Court.;
