Mahesh Chandra Tripathi, J. - (1.) Heard Shri Gautam Baghel, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

Petitioner is before this Court with the request to command the respondents not to proceed with the transfer of Manoj Kumar Shukla (seventh respondent) on the post of Principal in the Institution namely Janta Inter College, Ashok Nagar, Farrukhabad, Road, Etawah on account of the fact that the requisition for the said vacancy has already been forwarded to the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board on 27.08.2013.
(3.) Petitioner claims to be officiating Principal in the institution in question. It appears that on account of superannuation of one Shri Siya Ram Yadav on 30.06.2015, the charge of officiating Principal was given to the next senior most teacher Shri Krishna Babu Tiwari, after his superannuation since 05.05.2017, petitioner is working as officiating principal in question.;
