(3.) By virtue of Advertisement No.A-1/E-1/2018, dated 15.03.2018, applications were invited for appointment of Assistant Teachers (Men/ Women)Computer. Relevant portion of Clause-11 of the Advertisement providing for Educational Qualification for the post of Assistant Teacher (Men/ Women) Computer, is reproduced below: "11. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: The candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University or equivalent qualification upto the last date for receipt of On-Line application. This should be mentioned by the candidates in the relevant Column of their On-Line application form.
