- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.
(2.) This petition for writ is before us with a prayer to quash the first information report dated 28.01.2018 bearing Case Crime No.30 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station Mudha Pandey, District Moradabad pertaining to the offences under Sections 3/5/8 UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no case is made out against the petitioners with regard to allegations contained in the first information report.;
