- (1.) Supplementary rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record,
(2.) This petition has been filed raising grievance that the extra water of drainage of government officers colony is being drained through the passage over the land of the petitioner.
(3.) The aforesaid fact has been denied by the learned Standing Counsel by filing a supplementary counter affidavit.;
