- (1.) We have heard Sri Sujeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.1 and Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents No.2, 3 and 4.
(2.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally disposed of at the admission itself without calling any counter affidavit.
