- (1.) Heard Sri A.K.Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(2.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents no.2 and 3 to conclude fair investigation in case crime No.634 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 326, 449, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah.
(3.) It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondents no.2 and 3 for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.;
