Anjani Kumar Mishra, J. - (1.) Heard Shri Ramendra Asthana for the revisionists and Shri Kshitij Shailendra for the opposite party.
(2.) The revision is directed against the order dated 22.05.2017 passed by the Ist ADJ, Kanpur Nagar in Original Suit No. 8 of 2016, whereby issue no. 3 in the suit has been decided in favour of the plaintiff-opposite party.
(3.) The plaintiff-opposite party filed the suit aforesaid for grant of probate of an unregistered will dated 02.10.2008 executed by Hari Mohan Dhawan, wherein, the plaintiff had been named, executor.;
