(2.) This petition has been filed against the orders dated 20th July, 2017 and 26th October, 2017, passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Muzaffar Nagar in Original Suit No. 740 of 2015 and District Judge, Muzaffar Nagar in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 19 of 2017, respectively.

The petitioner, claiming that he is tenant of secured asset, instituted Original Suit No. 740 of 2015 against the Bank and the lessors for permanent prohibitory injunction with a prayer, inter alia, that the defendants be restrained from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the secured asset by taking recourse to the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (In short 'Sarfaesi Act').;
