- (1.) Heard Shri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Shri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
(2.) Pleadings have been exchanged between the parties and we have perused the same.
(3.) The petitioner is aggrieved by the office order dated 9th September, 2015, passed by the Principal Secretary, AYUSH, State of U.P., whereby the representation of the petitioner, for payment of pensionary benefits, has been rejected.;
