Om Prakash, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused Lokesh Sharma has been granted bail by this Court on 16.7.2018 vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 26263 of 2018. He further submits that since the role of the applicant is not distinguishable with the role of co-accused, therefore, the applicant is also entitled for bail. The applicant has no criminal history. The applicant is in jail since 19.5.2018.
(3.) On the other hand, learned AGA opposed the prayer for bail.;
