- (1.) Heard Sri A.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.K.Sand, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(2.) The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 23.1.2018, registered as Case Crime No.48 of 2016, under Section 2/3 UP. Gangster (Prevention) Anti Social Activities Act, 1986, Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is an old man aged about 75 years. He is neither a member of any gang nor he runs any gang involved in anti social activities. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are absolutely false, frivolous and baseless. No offence is made out against the petitioner, hence, the FIR is liable to be quashed.;
