- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel appears for the respondents no. 1 and 2 and Shri Anugrag Sharma, holding brief of Shri Avanish Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no. 3.
(2.) By means of this petition challenge has been made to a proposal dated 28.04.2017 for amendment to the GMER and PGMER in the provisions of NEET Regulations.
(3.) Shri Anurag Sharma, holding brief of Shri Avanish Mishra, who has accepted notice on behalf of Medical Council of India has placed a Notification dated 22.01.2018 whereby the proposal is converted into amendment known as "Regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997".;
