- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents and Sri Yogendra Nath Yadav, learned counsel appearing for Gaon Sabha.
(2.) Sri Vijay Bahadur Verma,learned counsel representing the respondent no. 4 has also been heard.

This petition challenges an order dated 31.10.2018 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue)/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Lakhimpur Kheri, whereby the revision petition filed by the respondent no.4 has been allowed and accordingly chaks of the petitioner as also those of respondent no.4 have been altered.;
