(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of whole proceeding of Complaint Case No. 6912 of 2017 under Section 138 of the N. I. Act, Police Station- Sihani Gate, District-Ghaziabad as well as the summoning order dated 04.12.2017 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ACJM, Court No.5, Ghaziabad in the above mentioned complaint case.
