Sangeeta Chandra, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-Respondents.
(2.) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.06.2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner Consolidation (Admn.) and the order dated 24.08.2018 passed by the Consolidation Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow by which the petitioner has been transferred from Banda to Lalitpur.
(3.) The petitioner had earlier challenged the transfer order dated 18.06.2018 by filing a writ petition No. 14270 of 2018 (Ram Milan Verma Vs. State of U.P. and others). The said writ petition was dismissed by this Court on 03.07.2018 with an observation that the petitioner shall join the transferred place of posting forthwith and then make a representation which shall be considered by the Consolidation Commissioner. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court the petitioner joined at his transferred place of posting i.e. at Lalitpur on 05.07.2018 and then made a representation to the Consolidation Commissioner. The Consolidation Commissioner has asked for a report from the Additional Commissioner Consolidation (Admn.) and then passed the order impugned dated 24th of August, 2018.;
