- (1.) Heard Sri A.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma,learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
(2.) The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer directing the S.S.P., Varanasi for closing the History Sheet No.87-A/98, Police Station Kotwali, District Varanasi.
(3.) It would appear from the record that the police has opened history sheet of the petitioner on the basis of 16 cases registered against him and in some of the cases he has been acquitted and some of them were found to be false.;
