- (1.) Heard Sri B.K.Mishra, counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no.3 to conduct fair further investigation by any other police officer of the allegation under Section 354 I.P.C in Case Crime No.322 of 2017, under Sections 147, 323, 336, 504, 354 I.P.C. Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar and to arrest the accused persons.

It has been contended by learned for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondent no.3 for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.;
