- (1.) Heard Sri Raj Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(2.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 21.3.2018, registered as case crime No.259 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467,468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Colonelganj, District Allahabad
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with malafide intention. He further submitted that the identically situated co-accused, namely, Suraj Patel has already challenged the FIR of the present case by means of filing Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.13364 of 2018 which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 23.5.2018 staying the arrest of the said co-accused, copy of which has been produced by learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record, hence, the petitioner is also entitled for the same relief.;
