Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents, Sri Yogendra Nath Yadav, learned counsel representing the Land Management Committee concerned and Sri Puneet Saxena, learned counsel representing the respondent no.5.
(2.) Pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2018, Sri Vijay Kumar, Tehsildar, Hasanganj, District Unnao and Sri Suraj Kumar Yadav, Sub-Divisional Officer, Hasanganj, Unnao are present. The relevant records have also been produced by the learned Standing Counsel which have been perused by the Court.
(3.) This petition challenges an order dated 19.07.2018, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hasanganj, Unnao, whereby he has permitted the exchange of certain land belonging to the respondent no.5 with the land belonging to the Gaon Sabha concerned under Section 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.;
