Mahendra Dayal, J. - (1.) Supplementary-Affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner today in Court is taken on record.
(2.) Heard Sri Atul Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
(3.) By the order dated 24.04.2018 notice was issued to the opposite party no.2 fixing 8th May, 2018. On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Dasti notice was also provided to him to serve the opposite party no.2 outside the Court.;
