- (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit today in Court, which is taken on record.
(2.) Sri S.F.Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners,Sri A.K.Sand, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(3.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 8.5.2018, registered as case crime No.406 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur.;
