JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 & 3.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with the consent of both the parties at the admission stage. He submits that a commercial plot has been allotted in favour of the petitioner by the Awas Vikas Parishad, against which petitioner deposited certain amount. However, as his father was suffering from cancer and subsequently expired, he was unable to deposit principal amount as well as interest accrued thereon.
(3.) Looking into facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to make representation annexing therewith documents for redressal of his grievance before opposite party no. 3 within two weeks from today, and after receipt of same, said authority shall decide by way of speaking and reasoned order within four weeks thereafter.;
