Sangeeta Chandra, J. - (1.) Writ Petition No. 2982 of 2011 has been filed by Shobha Singh and Birendra Singh challenging the order dated 22.07.2010 passed by the then Principal Secretary, Secondary Education rejecting the representation of the petitioners dated 04.09.2009 and praying for a mandamus to the Authorities to allow payment of salary to the petitioners treating them to be continuing as Assistant Teachers in sanctioned posts in Shri 108 Swami Naga Nirvanji Maharaj, Higher Secondary School, Hanswa, District Fatehpur.
(2.) Writ Petition No. 32161 of 2011 has been filed by Sant Saran Tripathi similarly praying for quashing of the order dated 22.07.2010 passed by the then Principal Secretary, Secondary Education rejecting the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2009 for payment of salary with a similar consequential prayer to allow the petitioner to continue as Assistant Teacher treated him to be duly appointed on one of the seven sanctioned posts in the Institution in question.
(3.) Both the writ petitions are taken up together as they relate to same Institution and they challenge the same order dated 22.07.2010 rejecting the representation dated 04.09.2009 made by the petitioners for grant of salary.;
