Abdul Moin, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
(2.) In view of the order proposed to be passed this Court does not deem it necessary to issue notice to respondent No. 2 as his interest would be well protected by the order passed by this Court.
(3.) By the present petition, petitioner is praying for expeditious disposal of Suit No.2583 of 2017 In re: Anamika Verma vs. Tinku Singh @ Amit Singh pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow.;
