(2.) In view of the proposed order, requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent nos.2 to 6 is hereby dispensed with.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to respondent no.1 to expedite the proceedings of Case No.T-2010004122150, (Jagdish Sharan Verma vs. Arun Kumar and others), and conclude the same expeditiously, say, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the court concerned, if there is no legal impediment.;
