Siddharth, J. - (1.) Heard Shri Sunil and Shri K.C. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel and Shri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for the respondents.
(2.) The petitioner has filed the above noted writ petition praying for a direction to the respondents to permit him to undertake Typing Examination for the post of Assistant Clerk (Junior Clerk) (Category-C) again by providing Typewriter.

The brief facts of the petition are that in response to an advertisement dated 10.08.1998 for recruitment on Group-C posts of Junior Clerk held by respondent no.3, Superintending Engineer, P.W.D., Moradabad, the petitioner appeared and qualified written examination. Due to snag in the typewriter, he could not undertake the other part of the examination, typing test held on 18.02.1999. He requested for providing an another type-writer machine which was not provided to him. Therefore, the petitioner approached this Court and by the interim order dated 07.04.1999, the petitioner was permitted to appear for typing test again subject to the final order passed in the writ petition.;
