Bachchoo Lal, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the responders and perused the record.
(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the applicant no. 3 Ram Prasad died on 12.6.2017 and the substitution application has been moved on 21.12.2017 with delay condonation application u/s 5 of Limitation Act.
(3.) Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection if the delay condonation application and substitution application are allowed.;
