- (1.) Heard Sri S.K.Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners,Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(2.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 4.3.2018, registered as Case Crime No.129 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354, 323, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Gabhana, District Aligarh.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are cross versions of the incident in which both sides have received injuries. He further submits that the FIR which has been lodged from the side of the petitioners against the family members of respondent no.3 and others has been challenged before this Court by means of filing Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.7435of 2018 in which their arrest has been stayed till submission of police report under Section 173(2) and the said petition has been disposed of by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.3.2018, copy of which has been produced and the same is taken on record. The impugned FIR has been lodged by respondent no.3 against the petitioners as a counter version to the FIR which was lodged from the side of the petitioners.;
