(2.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned AGA and perused the material on record.
(3.) The revisionist, Smt. Bhagwani Devi and one other, have preferred this criminal revision against the order dated 21.2.2012 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar in Special S.T. No. 37 of 2008 (State v. Gorakh) by which the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C., 1973 was allowed and revisionists were summoned to face the trial under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act.;
