Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. - (1.) The order dated 11.9.2018 assailed in the writ petition has been passed by Assistant Registrar, Chits Funds and Societies, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh finalizing the electoral college for holding elections of a registered society in exercise of power under Section 25 (2) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
(2.) Sri GK Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 submitted that after the electoral college was finalized, election programme has been notified on 15 September 2018 and according to which election is scheduled to be held on 11 October 2018.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.;
