Satyendra Singh Chauhan, J. - (1.) Since common questions of law are involved in both the writ petitions, therefore, they are being clubbed together and are being decided by a common judgement.
(2.) Heard Sri N.K. Seth, Senior Advocate, Assisted by Sri Ashish Chaturvedi, and Sri Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the opposite parties.
(3.) Writ Petition No.1113 (SB) of 2014 has been filed against the order dated 5.7.2014 by means of which the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Manager along with recovery of Rs.3,65,22,577/-.;
