Siddhartha Varma, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful marital life. It is stated that their marriage was solemnized on 22.9.2017. The record of the case reveals that they are major. No F.I.R. has been registered against them.
(3.) Learned counsel by looking into the papers of the parties certifies that they are of a marriageable age.;
