Anjani Kumar Mishra, J. - (1.) This matter had been heard at length on 25.10.2018 but was ordered to be put up today for further hearing.
(2.) On the matter being called out today, counsel for the petitioners has not appeared. Counsel for the respondents is present. The Court is therefore, proceeding to decide the matter on the basis of the arguments that had been advanced on the previous occasion by counsel for the petitioner.
(3.) The writ petition is directed against the order dated 10.08.2018 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation in Revision No. 676.;
