Satyendra Singh Chauhan, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the review- petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
(2.) This review petition has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 24.7.2013.

Learned counsel for the review petitioner has submitted that there was wide circulation in two newspapers and this fact could not be brought to the notice of the Court when the writ petition was decided along with the bunch of writ petitions and that is why the writ petition was dismissed. He has placed two newspapers for perusal of the Court and submits that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed an order for payment of salary.;
