Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. - (1.) The petitioner seeking correction of his father's name in the marks sheet of B.A. Part I Second Examination 2005, B.A. Part II Second Examination 2006, B.A. Part III Examination 2007 applied before the University of Allahabad. The University has communicated to him that the correction is not possible in the records of the period anterior to 14.7.2005.
(2.) The B.A. Part I Second Examination 2005 marks sheet was issued on 29.10.2005 and marks sheet of subsequent examinations on 1.11.2006 and 17.6.2007, respectively. Thus, all the marks sheet had been issued after the cut-off date 14.7.2005.
(3.) Learned counsel for the University submitted that in case, fresh application is filed by the petitioner before the Examination Controller, he shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and take decision on the application on merits.;
