Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. - (1.) This second bail application has been filed seeking the release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 815 of 2016, u/ss. 302/34 I.P.C. and 3(2)V S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Bilhaur, District- Kanpur Dehat. The first bail application was rejected by this Court on 8.5.2017 on merits.
