(2.) Heard Sri Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the caveator, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
(3.) This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 19.3.2018 lodged under FIR No.87 of 2018, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur.;
