(2.) With the consent of the parties the present special appeal is being disposed of at this stage without calling for any further affidavits specifically in view of the order proposed to be passed today.

The present special appeal is directed against he judgment and order of the learned Single Judge dated 7.7.2008, whereby the writ petition filed by the present appellant challenging the order passed by the Regional Level Committee dated 27.7.2007, approving the elections of the Committee of Management which had taken place on 1.7.2007, has been disposed of.;
