S.K.SINGH, J. - (1.) THIS petition chal­lenges the same judgment of the Deputy Director, Consolidation which was under challenge in Writ Petition No. 10420 of 1987 (Har Pal Singh v. Joint Director, Consolida­tion) which has been decided today.
(2.) BOTH revisions, i.e. filed in the pre­sent matter and revision filed in other writ petition referred above were decided by common/consolidated judgment and thus, fate of this petition also has to be the same as of the writ petition referred above. Accordingly, this petition stands decided in the same terms and condition as has been given (in writ petition No. 10420 of 1987 (Har Pal Singh v. Joint Director, Con­solidation) decided today.
