- (1.) K. K. Misra and D. V. Sharma, JJ. On 19. 11. 2008, Smt. Neelu @ Neelo was summoned from the Government Women Protection Home, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur Nagar and in compliance of this Court's order dated 19. 11. 2008 she is pres ent in the Court today.
(2.) SHE has stated that her age is about 23 years. SHE has married with Sri Chandra Prakash Trivedi and wants to live with him. As Smt. Neelu @ Neelo is major, she is free to live with anybody. In view of above, the Superinten dent Government Women Protection Home Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur Nagar is directed to release Smt. Neelu @ Neelo in favour of her husband, Sri Chandra Prakash Trivedi.
(3.) THE Registrar of this Bench is di rected to take necessary measures to give police protection to Smt. Neelu @ Neelo and her husband Sri Chandra Prakash Trivedi, for escorting them to their resi dence. With these observations and di rections the habeas corpus petition is dis posed of finally.
